Donna A. Zermeño, FPQP™

Donna A. Zermeño, joins the office of Louis F. Batmale as the Operations Manager with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. After 18 years in mortgage banking as a Funding Manager, Donna made the transition to the investments and securities industry where she spent 17 years with Securities America, Inc. as a Director of Marketing & Operations before joining LPL Financial in 2015.

Donna is dedicated to providing a personalized and positive customer care experience for LPL’s clients. As a direct point of contact, Donna ensures each and every client receives a high level of quality client service and administrative assistance.  She works closely with Louis F. Batmale to ensure continued client satisfaction and assures the branch operations run efficiently and effectively.

As a Sonoma County native, Donna is an Alumni of Analy High School and Santa Rosa Junior College.   She is a Notary Public, member of the National Association of Professional Women and a board member of Wine Country Arabian Horse Association. Donna is the mother of three grown children Joshua, Chrystine & Nicolas, and loves to spend time with her grandson, Austin, and granddaughters Evelyn, Ashley, Anabelle & Alise. She enjoys riding her Arabian gelding, hiking with her Bernese Mountain dog, traveling, and participating in outdoor activities including bike riding, kayaking, hiking, and swimming.
