Since 2000, Louis has built a practice on providing financial advice, education, and services that successfully match his clients with customized financial strategies. Louis serves as a client advocate providing strategies in wealth management, estate planning and succession planning.
Louis earned a BA in Economics from St. Mary’s College and began his financial career with Lincoln Financial Advisors and joined LPL Financial in 2006 as a Financial Advisor. Louis is a Registered Principal with LPL, LPL Branch Manager and oversees an additional branch office. Louis attained the AIF® credential in 2016. Attainment of the AIF credential demonstrates understanding of the Prudent Practices and methodology.
With an ability to communicate complex topics in a straightforward manner, experience, and the technical knowledge necessary, Louis is able to work closely with clients to provide reliable wealth management services on a wide range of financial topics, cultivate long term client relationships, build trust and help clients pursue their long term goals.
Louis is able to craft personal financial strategies reflecting the clients’ personal goals, considering all available financial options, and helps clients invest informatively and knowledgeably. He motivates his clients to take advantage of opportunity, and to preserve their wealth in an ever-changing economic environment.
Louis`s principles and work ethic were instilled in him by his parents and extended family. As a young boy he spent many hours at the Batmale Restaurant in the West Portal neighborhood of San Francisco. After graduating from college he worked for his Father’s car rental business, where he learned the values of hard work, personal ethics, service, and building personal relationships. His family legacy also includes Batmale Hall at the City College of San Francisco where his Grandfather served as the school Chancellor. Lou has a long and fascinating family history in the Bay Area, including involvement in rebuilding the City after the San Francisco earthquake of 1906.
Louis is a resident of Marin County and very active in the Bay Area community. As a proud parent of four children, together they enjoy family gatherings at home and North Lake Tahoe. Louis is a long time active member of The Olympic Club in San Francisco and currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He also serves on other community boards and works with numerous charitable organizations throughout the area. While enjoying his children, swimming, cycling, and travel, his passion is finding a cure for Leukemia as a result of daughter, Ivy’s, diagnosis with blood cancer at the age of 5. Thankfully, Ivy’s in remission, currently enjoys an active lifestyle and is thriving.
